My Dads being discharged from the hospital. Hes much better today, even though some of the symptoms still exist. Really theres no idea why he didnt know his own family yesterday. I have only good things to say about his care, care givers and the facilities. Were very thankful. Thanks for all your prayers and concern. North Mississippi Medical Center and its many Facilities is the largest non metropolitan hospital in America. Its my first experience here since health care changes have begun in America and since the hospital terminated so many employees. Before it was always such a vibrant, busy, bustling center for health. Its so different now, quiet, with few staff and visitors mingling together. For instance, they were out of pill cups. Its just not the same! Even so the staff is forging ahead diligently. So sad to see whats happening to our great institutions locally and nationally and it didnt have to happen.
