My Daughter went to the new nail shop in Bayside in Airdrie. I recommend that you DONT visit this establishment! They totally took advantage of her being a 14 year old female. She came back with uneven nails top and bottom. When I brought her back they refused to fix her cuticle area of her nails stating that it is an extra $10 to have her cuticles cut.. so all they did was re-file the tips and sides of her nails. The nail tech also felt the need to tell me that the nails were my sisters and not mine and if we didnt like them we could both leave and not come back. I hope that this establishment is either shut down or they learn some excellent customer service. Either way we will not be using their services again!
