My Day 2 of the B-Xtreme Ab-work 200 Reps a day, 30 day challenge. Yea Im starting earlier than the rest bcuz the best way to lead is by example! This is my 4th set, to demonstrate how I am pyramiding up to 10, then back down by 2s. 2 4 6 8 10 8 6 4 2. Whether or not u r doing knee raises, sit ups, leg raises, etc, u can pyramid ur sets and I find that to be easier, mentally to reach 50 for a lot of people, rather than counting 50 reps straight thru. U can do 4 sets of 50, or 8 sets of 25 or 10 sets of 20 or 20 sets of 10. But no excuses! Either, way heres ur daily reminder, the Ab-work Challenge starts Dec. 1st, 2014.
