My Dear Friends, Every great responsibility require certain levels of discipline;Often they may be naturally severe,but thereafter goes with rewards and desired satisfaction.The training needful for the making of a mighty King differs from that of a wise courtier,just like furnace structures built for the refining of gold divers from that of silver. Moreover,the temperature coefficients and specific heat capacities as well differs with the beauties and worths of their final product;Gold has higher melting point,requires high temperature before melting,hence, incomparable to silver in every precious characteristics or features.The values of every gem is the measure of it degrees of rarity;thus,human worth/values increases when their level of potential is unusual,strange or better,second to none. We now live in a world where people search for easiest way of gaining big,short-cut means of achieving great things,but I tell you,the values of every person is dependent on the level of disciplinary efforts and skills taken to develop their areas of gifting.
