My Facebook update status , keep asking me what is on my mind . What is on my mind is very simple , i wish every school going child in Ghana, will have the best of basic education . This idea of my may not really sound realistic to many Ghanaian but the truth must be said . Our children are very talented but the question is how do we access and measure this talents , how can we change a nation like Ghana where our children talent is only measure through entertainment . What generation are we building?. Our future is in the hands of this kids . We need to transform this talent into something more special. I believe we need more children exhibiting talent in the area of Science and technology. We have a lot of reality TV shows for kids and not even a single one is related to science, technology, innovation etc. Rather we are looking for kids to become pastors , azonto dancers etc. I want to ask this question can we export pastor and azonto dancers ?. The answer is NO . So why then are we destroying our future. Parents we can do more for this wonderful kids , this festive season please save the money for there school fees , books and school uniform. Please do not spend it on unfruitful purposes .
