My Fallsburg Track & field practices started Monday and race directors are emailing me to measure their courses throughout the Hudson Valley- two more signs that spring is on the way! The athletes loved working out outside in 56 degrees yesterday! Last year we shoveled parts of the track. This year, were just gonna let it melt! It has been an honor and a pleasure to continue to work with coaches Lucille Carter Harris and Mike St Lawrence. We have a great new Athletic Director, Harold Fried, previously from Pine Bush, who has also been excellent to work with as part of our team. The athletes are excited, working hard, and having fun. Thats what its all about. Growing every day!
