My Family and I went to the Apple Orchard in Champagin, Il. It was very nice day for buying freshed picked apples. We brought two bags of different apples, Apple fritters, Apple donuts, and Apple Cider. We went to longhorn steakhouse of supper. I had their apple salad which was spinach leaves with Apple cider vinager dressing, candied pecans, sliced thin fresh apples, dried cranberries, and thin sweet potatoes chips on top of the salad. Very good salad. I had Pork Shanks with roasted vegetables and beef gravy with mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts au gratine. All of it was very tasty, flavorful, and warmth to the heart that felt like fall. I even loved their brussel sprouts, and I am not a fan of brussel sprouts, but this was yummy. I recommend trying this dish. Welcome Fall, and I love fall their always something fun to do.
