My Final weeks Nutrition. This is it, my final measurements coming tomorrow. I can feel myself I am about 8% body fat. I just wasnt able to get that last extra bit of commitment that comes with getting below 8 quickly. It gets a little bit harder under 10, as more low intensity cardio and a more strict nutrition protocol is needed. I was far too busy at work and out and about all the time, so the diet was 80-90% there. Very bad timing as Im off to Dubai tomorrow and had SO many hours to cover to get away easily. On the other side of things I have found that my weight has remained relatively the same in the last couple of weeks despite dropping body fat, which means Ive built some extra muscle. It turns out that my last week hasnt been fat burning at all, its been reconditioning (maintaining calories to build muscle while burning fat). Over-all its left quite a good aesthetic look, as Ive added some more size and muscle hardness. This would be due to the fact that more calories were coming in than intended (still high protein and metabolic), facilitating the building of muscle while slowing fat burning. Well I have one day left, so hopefully Ill drop that extra bit tonight! Ill post a pic up tomorrow and provide a before and after over the 6 weeks. #journeyunderground #1percentaweek
