My Fitness Pet Peeves: 1. Skipping Workouts Because You Are Sore- ladies, i know it hurts and its a feeling youve never experienced before. But God created women to have babies, therefore your pain threshold is stronger than you think. Fellas, be men, not boys. Toughen up. Dont skip the workout because of soreness! 2. Taking Significantly Long Breaks In-between Sets- you are defeating the purpose of the workout and are preventing yourself from maximizing on the workout. Keep your heart rate up and FOCUS! 3. RACK YOUR WEIGHTS- its part of the workout! 4. Giving Minimal Effort During The Workout & Then Posting A Pic Of Your Watch/Calories After- I compare this to clocking into work, sleeping on your job all day and still picking up your paycheck...REALLY?? 5. Complaining- it definitely wont make matters any better. IG: @misterelitefitness
