My Frank saw neurologist today and the deficits from the stroke are improving every day! The Physical Therapist will probably release him next week - he walked 8 miles on Wednesday and 6 yesterday! He continues to work on speech, swallowing and recall with Speech and Occupational therapists. They are all much better because he is so motivated. He is being referred to a neurosurgeon for vertebral spondylitis because of neck pain but neurologist says surgery will be the last resort.....whew! We love you all for your precious prayers. God was surely listening.
