My #FridayFavorite with a Recipe :) Wow. I blinked, and it was Friday- This week has really flown by! Since its Friday, I wanted to share with you my VERY favorite protein powder and how I create the best tasting shake in the world! ;) I use 1-2 scoops of it EVERY day. (Well, almost. Right now Im fasting 1 day per week, so Im not eating anything on those days.) Moving on, I LOVE to make VOLUMINOUS shakes that fill me up. :) Here what I do: First, I fill my blender with ice about 1/3 of the way up and add water to near the top of the ice. Next, add these ingredients: ***1-2 scoops of protein powder (I use Try About Time Whey Chocolate Peanut Butter. I use 1 scoop when Ill be eating again soon, and I use 2 if I know Im only fitting in 3 meals for the day. Basically, I play it by ear!) ***2 Tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) ***1 Tbsp of baking cocoa ***Stevia to taste ***1 medium banana I then top it off with UNSWEETENED almond milk (4-8 oz) and blend until its the texture of a milkshake!
