My Friends and Family, I hope this message finds your family in good health and spirits! I am writing to let you know I have posted another Donors Choose Project on behalf of our current and following first grade classes. I am extremely excited about this project, because it is an opportunity to expand and diversify the materials available to our students. In this Donors Choose Project, I am asking for LEGOs and containers. An important part of STEM is the Engineering aspect, and already I am experiencing the power building has with students. It is an opportunity to build kindness and respect, as they team together. It is also very engaging and promotes critical thinking to accomplish their task. In the past, I always have waited to message towards the ending days of our projects to try and get donations from people outside our area; however for the next 7 days Donors Choose is matching any credit card donation up to $100.
