My Husband Steve Moore and his band of merry men are cycling from Lands end to John O Groats over the next 11 or so days to raise money for charity. These 50 plus athletes (!!! ) Have worked their socks off to train for the ride - OVER 1080 miles. (Grr even if he will be away for my Birthday....) Feel free to sponsor them or just cheer them along. They will need and welcome the motivation. British Heart foundation and help for heroes being the benefactors.
