My MIL made me the BEST homemade pot roast dinner for my birthday today! Complete with potatoes, carrots, onion, salad, rolls, and my favorite ice cream (Graeters Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk) for dessert. I am STUFFED! Then I was showered with a mess-a new kitchen gadgets (my fetish!) and gift card for my favorite real food store . . . The Raisin Rack! SCORE! Now, I am taking the evening OFF ... no work at all. Just sitting here playing a computer game, enjoying the fire, and watching a little TV. Yep, I am having an awesome birthday! How was your first 2015 weekend?
