My MVPs #4 Im been super super fortunate to have really amazing women in my life that have shown and taught me 1) how to be a good partner and 2) what to want in my future partner. These women have included my mother, sister and a few long time friends. One of these superwomen friends is my sister from another, Mai Romain. Mai aka Habibi, I love you because you are... Selfless and Giving- You have always given all that you can to your friends and family like a mom. Best of all, you do it in all ways possible, including time, touch (your hugs are unreal), doing (how many delicious meals have you made for me? and how many papers have you edited the day before theyre due?), saying and buying small thoughtful things (like the futon and couch in Montreal- well, you kind of gave these to me)! A BAWSS at work- Youre selflessness, intelligence and hard work have combined to lead you to success in your career, where you RUN shit. Not only that, youre role has helped a tremendous amount of your colleagues and clients to improve their lives. Simply Beautiful- Im talking both inside and out. On the surface, youre a natural beauty who looks stunning in your PJs sans make up. Moreover, despite all that you give, you never ask for many and dont complain about what you dont have or have. You are content with the basic THINGS in your life because you value that which money cant buy. Super Level- Headed- You know that whole Hot-Crazy Matrix video? Somehow, youre a 10 Hot and a 1 Crazy! Youre rarer than a unicorn (8-10 Hot, 4 Crazy) and NOT a tranny! Its unbelievable how level-headed and calm you always remain! The only time you raise your voice is when we sing together! Piss My Pants funny- Actually, you are crazy, but in a good way since youre crazy funny! Holy, my stomach hurts so much when I think of all the jokes we have shared in the past. From Dumb and Dumber, to Anas dance in Grade 12+, to Dumb and Dumber references, to your secret Love Letter, there have been wayy too many LOLs! Ive been trying to figure out for all these years how it is that you possess all of these traits. As I have gotten to know your four sisters (Balsam, Enas, Nour, Ferah), I realize they share many of these qualities as well! Ive concluded that most of it must be because of the way that your parents have raised all of you. What a wonderful family! Love you so much! Marlon aka Baba
