My Magic Bullet stopped working last week. Of course, I became very frustrated and shot the company an email - 5 days, 14 emails, and 4 different representatives later I still had no resolution; they kept asking me the same questions and anytime I responded, I got an email from a new person who asked the same shit all over again. Like any sensible American, I tweeted about it and had someone contact me the same day with the following solution: SIR, lets troubleshoot together - NO! can you just send me a replacement? Sir, you dont have a receipt check the manufacturing date on the product!... uh... its Sept 2013 okay, so that falls within your 15 month warranty, send me a new BULLET! Sir, it is protocol that we troubleshoot with you on the phone first. I was fuming, but reluctantly decided to entertain the guy. I set my phone on speaker and put it on the counter as his snooty voice walked me through a series of steps.. Ok Mr. Lorenzo, which side of the cup are you using? lets try the other way, press down again on the cup... ::::BULLET STARTS:::: (awkward silence) Mr. Lorenzo? are you still there? ... yeah Im here, obviously, you and your product are in cahoots to embarrass me, its working now, thanks a lot, BYE!
