My May PSA/FYI to the Facebook World concerns the wonder known as Emergen-C Vitamin Supplements and attempts, in no uncertain terms, to make an utterly non-scientific assertion in their favor: In the 150ish days between Nov 1 and Apr 1, I took Emergen-C Vitamin Supplements virtually every single day. I was sick for less than 72 hours, in three separate instances. In the 35 days since Apr 1, the last on which I took said supplement, Ive been sick 10 days. Needless to say, Im back on Emergen-C for the time being... for $9 a month, so well worth it to reduce the severity of your illnesses.
