My Missouri licensing still hasnt been sent in after 4 months. So being in a pissy mood I go to my work where Im told by the person responsible that she isnt in compliance with the state of Missouri she has 30 days she promised me to do it she is waiting on a signature from Kim the big boss. Well as Im walking out here comes the big boss. I talk to her she gets mad about it and we go hunt down the person that hasnt done her job. While she is questioning her she cant look her in the eye and makes excuses. Kim looks at me and apologizes says she will get it sent in now. And then follows me out saying she is sorry to no longer talk to that person when I have a problem go straight to her and she will get my pto time back please dont leave her, Im important here, the residents love me, and shes sorry for all the hell we are going thru at this time...... WOW!! Thats a first, I feel better now about my job.
