My Mom (aka Grammy) Marge Fletcher is out of surgery and in recovery. She had several vertebrae fused and some bone spurs removed. One of the spurs was encapsulated in scar tissue and the spinal column was nicked and grafted when they removed it. She will need to be flat on her back for 48 hours and her hospital stay will be a little longer than anticipated. They are recommending skilled nursing care for a week after she is released. Thank you for your prayers. Keep em coming because she will need patience for a slow recovery.
