My Mom has always said everyone is wired differently and there is - TopicsExpress

My Mom has always said everyone is wired differently and there is nothing wrong with that. I have anxiety.........I use to think it was just me worrying a lot from time to time......and maybe it is? I am fortunate in that I have been able to harness it and take control when it wants to hang out with me. Im wired differently than maybe you? While I have never had to take medication I am glad there are medications and treatment for my loved ones and anyone out there that truly need them. That being said..............in my 44 years I have come to realize that some people are not able to stay here. Medication and treatment just cannot change their wiring enough to survive another day. Im not saying suicide is a solution when going through a horrible time in ones life and treatment and medication absolutely save lives all the time. But after seeing the careless remarks here in a public format..........I have to say something. Whether its your religious beliefs or you inability to understand their decision to leave, your hurtful outbursts in regards to suicide being selfish are not okay. Did you ever stop to think YOU arent meant to understand it? Ever stopped to be grateful that YOUR wiring doesnt take you to a place where you feel you cant be here anymore? This is a sad day because an amazing talent has left us...........and it shouldnt be about HOW he left. It should be focused on his GIANT contribution to all of us and generations to come. Do yourself a favor.........STOP judging and figure out how you can contribute to this world while you are here as much as the GREAT Robin Williams did while he was here. On that note........going to watch The Birdcage for 150,000th time to laugh my ass off and celebrate an incredible person that made a HUGE impact on my life. xoxoxo tiny y
