My Mom is 94 she has dementia but not totally its selective I think sometimes. Whenever I come home her caretakers say she starts talking about me and my Uncle Brenton who was her baby brother we are her favorites so when she sees me I am both of us together one minute Im Lee 5 minutes later Im Uncle Brenton hes been gone for many years no worries though I can be both. My mom will start remembering when we are together she connects those memories and her life line comes to life. Doctors and experts can believe what they want what I know is that soul love the unconditional love that is so rare in our human realm is a thread that holds true through time and that connection reaches beyond the physical it reaches beyond biological that connection is the light as we are the light. Time doesnt run that deep time is of an other frequency. Interesting this world is and not greater than we are either. We are the guardians of this world not the masters or slaves of it. So disconnected we have become causing such fear, judgement, meanness and desperation. There is none of that in my Mom anymore shes herself a little light that sees the ones she loved the most still with her and thats all and thats enough.
