My Mothers Day has been spent in bed. Woke up to roses, treats, and breakfast in bed. Dozed off and on, facebooked, worked my Thrive biz a little, & played candy crush while my sweet hubby waited on me hand and foot. Hopey has pulled 2 Dexcom sensors and 2 sites out. Ive heard a couple crashes. Even some wailing and gnashing of teeth. Chuck has handled all of it. It sounds like pandemonium out there. But, on *this* side of my bedroom door, things are quite alright. He just made my favorite dinner, brought it to me, and even happily brought seconds after I completely pigged out. I think Im about to roll over and go back to sleep. I honestly cant imagine a better gift. Diamonds and roses are nice, but give this fat girl calories, a quilt, and some quiet any day. I married up, yall, and Im not even sorry. I hope yall had a wonderful Mothers Day, too.
