As A Councilor, He Built A Primary School, A Maternity, A Postal Agency And A Potable Pipe Water, Amongst Other Things, For His Eghwu Village In The 1930s. He Was A Strict Believer In The Payment Of Tax, And He Also Worked Hard To See That The Tax Money Was Used To Help His People. He Died In 1959. The Sad Part Is That I Did Not See Him...
