My Open Records Request sent last Monday to Adams Clerk for public - TopicsExpress

My Open Records Request sent last Monday to Adams Clerk for public data has gone unresponded to against CO Law. Here is a copy of what I sent this morning to Clerk Long and Adams County Attorney Heidi Miller: Of course there are only 2 more business days left to appeal the findings of the canvass board. Another convenient delay on the part of Adams County. Karen, Heidi (Karen Long [email protected], Heidi M. Miller [email protected]) Please see my request, below, originally sent last Monday. Per Colorado Open Records Law, a response was due last Wednesday. I assume this was delayed due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you for your immediate attention to this.
