My PIL in Supreme Court Friends, On 3 Nov 2014 an order has been passed in My PIL in Supreme Court to make RTI online. (W.P. Civil No. 896 of 2014 titled as Rajeev Agrawal vs Union of India & Others) Supreme Court bench comprising Chief Justice H L Dattu and Justice A K Sikri asks Centre, states to give RTI information through electronic means.. . Now three weeks for states & UTs to take decision... Plea had sought directions to the center, states and UTs for constituting “websites” and call centre’s as voice facilitation centre for filing RTI applications and appeals over the phone In most of the states, UTs and in State Information Commission, there is no provision of receiving the application through electronic means.. . If you want this facility in Madhya Pradesh or in other states, kindly contact, as i need somebody in bhopal or other capital cities to take a receiving of this order in secretariat and in state information commission.
