My PTCL Evo Nitro Cloud (So called) just reached its 95% bandwidth limit. and I am getting this message(snapshot attached). The resume browsing button is useless as it redirects to the same error page. I tried to recharge via their portal (which is not very user friendly at all.) It says I have got 1 GB top up(so I should be able to browse, right?) but again it redirects to the same error page. I emailed to [email protected] but it gives another error ([email protected]. The recipients mailbox is full and cant accept messages now. ) When I call them, they say you cant top up on an existing package and if it expires then I have to wait for the 1st of next month when the account recharge itself. I live in Karachi and I have tried almost all of the others, but no service sucked as much as this. What to do? It is so frustrating. Any suggestions?
