My Protein mug cake recipe: 1 scoop whey protein powder 2 tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour 1 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa Sweetener of your choice (1 tbsp.) 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. apple sauce 1 egg Mix all the ingredients together into an over-sized mug using a fork or small whisk until batter is smooth.
