My Story: I was an average healthy middle aged American until I suffered a health crisis. I was shocked to learn from my frustrated primary care provider that a specific test ordered by my doctor was denied by CIGNA / Medsolutions, Inc. of Franklin TN. Formal appeals against the denial are in process, and I pray for a favorable outcome. In the meantime, I live with an undiagnosed potentially catastrophic condition and extreme pain. I will share updates on my situation, and what I have learned in the process. My hope is that others in my similar situation will share what they have discovered, and that together we can restore and preserve our right to healthcare.
