My Story I’ve gone through and am still going through the same struggles every mother experiences! I am no different than you: -I am a mother of four! I had all four in four years, starting in 1999.The last two were twins by c-section. -I transformed my body without the help of a nanny, a personal trainer,a regular sitter or grandparents nearby. -I do my own cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, etc… -I have days where I don’t get a shower -I OFTEN find it hard to “feel like” working out -At times my kids fight to not go to the gym childcare -I don’t come close to eating “perfect” BUT, I look better and feel better now as a mother than ever before and I want to share my success secrets with you!
