My Supporters and friends, It has come to my attention that an “open records request” has been filed with our City Clerk on any “personal complaints” filed or investigated by our city Human Resources officer. My challenger has filed this in reference to possibly seek negative campaign materials and to possibly make my positive reputation less or perhaps make himself appear as a better candidate in the eyes of our city residents. I have and remain committed to not reducing myself or my campaign to a negative quest for materials that are not focused on issues that are clearly part of the successful solutions that face our great city. I place great success in a professional working relationship with all city employees and residents. In the spirit of transparency and positive understanding I am placing this file on my campaign web site. These documents seek to clarify that during my eight years serving as your Councilmember I have sought to use the correct procedure and protocol in consideration of those I serve and work with.
