My Word of Encouragement ~ August 28, 2014. Jesus ENCOURAGEMENT to You Today....I am Praying for You. Jesus stated Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have PRAYED for you Simon that your FAITH may not fail, And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers. (NIV). Sifting is a battle for your FAITH or your potential greatness in God. Strategies against the attacks are futile because in some cases, the enemy has been allowed a period of time to wreak havoc in your life. Your job is to hold on to your FAITH at all cost. That will not be easy. You are wrestling with things beyond human comprehension. In other words, the battle can not be won in the flesh. (Ephesians 6:10). The enemy knows the lives you will impact. He also knows Gods promises. The only way they will not manifest is if your FAITH fails. The lives and souls impacted are limitless. You will be sifted where you are strongest, passionate, influential, or in areas close to your heart. Many friends and family may forsake you. Those who remain will not understand you or the season. Get ready to be lied on, questioned, abused, and embarrassed for seemingly no apparent reason. Confusion and chaos will become the norm, not the exception. Jesus knew what was inside of Simon Peter, but Peter had to find the rock solid FAITH within. Jesus could not give Peter faith. The only way to win is to trust God. Remember, you are more than a CONQUEROR in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. And nothing can separate you from the LOVE of God. (Romans 8:26-39). Stay focused on Him, so that your FAITH will not fail. Amen. Shalom!
