My Workout for the day: For time: Functional Pyramids - 21-18-15-12-9-6-3: Shoulder presses @ 50% bodyweight (42.5kg) - 3-6-9-12-15-18-21: Hand-release push-ups - 21-18-15-12-9-6-3: Kettlebell goblet squats @ 30% bodyweight (24kg) - 3-6-9-12-15-18-21: kettlebell swings @ 30% bodyweight (24kg) Finish up with AMRAP 20min: - 5x GHD sit-ups (see video) - 7x Back extensions - 9x Side-to-side pull-ups. For a side-to-side pull-up, use a wide-grip and pull your body so that your chin goes over your left hand, and then over your right hand etc.. Aim for 15 sets. HAPPY LONG WEEKEND!!!!!
