My #WorkoutoftheWeek is jump-rope (aka skipping). This is great for boosting your heart-rate, strengthening your core and toning your arms and legs. Athletes travel very often and so the minimum space which a jump-rope takes up and the benefits which it gives, makes this exercise one of my favourites! Tip: Try mixing it up by using one leg at a time, moving left to right then backwards and forwards. Please note: these are my Workouts of the Week however I suggest that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
