My Xmas present which we werent going to buy this year . New shirt and cookbook from one of my fav shows . Porcetta roast in oven for five hours . Butterflied pork roast with pine nut ,parsley ,sage garlic etc pesto , slathered on roast then rolled and tied . Will slice thin and put on Pannini roll and roasted . Thinkin my polish , German roots got crossed in Italy ;/) happy Sunday and packers u better play and not wait for second half ... Either way Im drinking lol ;-)
