Wed 10/01/14, 6:00-7:00pm: Hips, Buttocks & Thighs Focus -A blend of static and dynamic exercises to strengthen and lengthen hip-area muscle and tissue… Wed 10/08/14, 6:00-7:00pm: Sideline Focus -Special emphasis on exercises for the sides of the body… Good for your lower back and muscles around your ribcage… Wed 10/15/14, 6:00-7:00pm: Undulations -This class uses undulations of the spine and hips to relax tight back muscles. Wed 10/22/14, 6:00-7:00pm: Core & Hips Focus w/ Sponge Ball -All poses and exercises use a 9-inch inflatable ball to help you experience a unique approach to core and hip work. Wed 10/29/14, 6:00-7:00pm: Build Up to Boat Pose -Boat pose is one of the go-to core strengtheners in yoga. Learn to safely work your way toward sustaining this pose with good posture.
