My Zinger burger Recipe. It was delicious Ingredients:- Chicken breast pcs- As required Mayonnaise. As required Ketchup. As required Marination for each chicken slice:- Black pepper. 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Vinegar. 1/2 tbs Chili sauce 1tbs Crushed garlic 3/4 tsp Chinese salt as required Coating :- All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup Corn flour. 1/2 cup Salt to taste Black pepper powder. 1 tbs Egg 1 Method:- Slice chicken breasts evenly. ( i made 3 slices from a half piece of chicken breast. But u can make two slices depending on weight of chicken piece). Flat all pieces with hammer and make slight marks with knife at one side of piece. apply crushed garlic on both sides with your hand. apply all marination ingredients, salt pepper chili sauce vinegar Chinese salt on both sides of piece well with your hands and put it in a bowl. Repeat marination procedure for all chicken slices and put slice on top of other chicken slice in bowl and leave it for 1 hour In a separate bowl, mix well one cup all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and pepper. Whip one egg well Roll chicken slice in dry flour coating mixture, twisting and rolling slice well and dip in egg then in plain cold water and again roll in dry coating twisting and rolling very well. With a good twisting you will see flakes on chicken. Do not keep this chicken on plate. Do coating the moment when u r ready for frying Heat oil for deep frying and put this chicken slices one by one softly. And cover pan for 5-7 minutes. After then fry it till tender and is gold color . Use spoon very softly for changing sides in pan so flakes of chicken remain in good form. When fried put this chicken on grill or anything so extra oil is dropped out Apply mayonnaise well on base of burger bun, put a lettuce or ice berg on it the and put fried chicken. Apply mayonnaise and ketchup as per your requirement. Serve with fries and coleslaw. Note: chicken should b treated gently all the way from beginning till serving otherwise it will not remain crispy and will become either hard or soggy Marination quantity can be increased With your taste requirement
