My anniversary. I loved school so much and learning so much that I deferred marriage.. well there are other reasons. Like one guy said. I am not going to date you because I have to read the NYTimes to talk with you. Another did not like my love of exotic and cultural foods, and children that I taught. So I was in South Africa teaching technology to children at a film festival and met Vic Sutton. I always had envy of Will and Ariel Durant who wrote the books on the history of civilization but with the National Geographic, ESRI and the Eurasia Foundation we have written articles, explored GIS trying to make it known for broadening engagement and .. while in Russia we went to the (Kirov) Mariinsky Theater and the Ballet in Samara.. and learned more about culture, community and collaboration. My husband loves music, and I have learned a lot, I did not go with him to the graves ( too much snow) but we celebrated the arts of the world and we write from time to time. Recently he has become my assistant chef while I care for my ailing sister. She loves him even in her dementia. Gets mad with me but she listens to Vic. Thats a good thing. We are a good couple. Oprah told me to marry anyone to get married or I would be alone. Sorry Oprah on that one you were wrong. Haaa!!
