My answering machine is full of Uncle Lester so many adorable messages left from him! He was quick witted and had a way with words always looking for the humor in life. Like the day I took him to the dentist last year and he demanded his tooth back it was his he was born with it and some goofy law in OH would not allow him to take it after it was pulled. He used to show up at my now husband apt at 5am banging on the door demanding to know if his niece was in there?? he did that on a regular basis. A favorite vaca was when we took him and Aunt Bea Bea to Goosepond Colony in Alabama ( to see them dam hippies ) and of course to fish. A few years before that we took a family trip to Lake Erie fishing wonderful memories and lots of laughter staying at ( Little Teds Resort ) Today he will be laid with his (Bride) of 53 years. I love you uncle I am blessed to have been a part of your life summers wont be the same with out you. Rest in Peace with your Bride.
