My anxiety excitement and dedication boils down to today im on 2.5 hrs of sleep...felt like christmas but I remember one year ago I was told some devastating news and I had to shut down my restaurant I didnt know what to do I was scared I was never put in a situation like this but after we close I read in the paper some things about me ....which I didnt get mad about freedom of speech I also heard my name on the radio when I was driving down the road one time people that were upset with me I broke down crying but still that didnt make me mad all I know is I was approached to start a new restaurant and I jumped on it I was scared I knew that I just got shut down but my determination and my family support and the ability of the cooking that I do I wanted to do it I always kept my mouth closed and Ive never spoken once publicly about my last place so to everyone who came in and supported me then. To all the people who have helped me at the beginning of my business carrer, from the bottom of my heart i thank u and i apologize to every single one of you if I ever did anything specially the customers. Like for example gift cards . I was new to business I had a lot of stuff on my mind but as time went on I started getting the hang of it I just didnt have enough time. So 1 year ago today my feelings are on complete opposite, I kmow a lot of people mite say its 1 year Dom, I realize this.....but the amount of pressure I have had on me this year was almost over bearing......but I did what I know what to do....keep my mouth closed, and focus on my food again like I did from the start. So, thank you thank you thank you everyone for not giving up on me because today is the start of a brand new chapter for me .... Year 2...so this year we are starting this Wednesday we will be having our ladies night $10 bottomless cups happy hour starting at 7 p.m. We also have kids eat free Tuesday night through Thursday night, and many more great events and deals so stay tuned to Facebook and our website at dineunion to see whT we have coming out here.
