My apologies, dear cosplayers... A mistake was made earlier today by Admin Mokou. (me) Otaku House, a cosplay page, was hacked into, and said hacker made some VERY offensive posts towards the cosplay community concerning plus-size and crossplayers, in Otaku Houses name. The posts were so offensive that it caused a huge uproar and many removed business from their site or unliked their page. Sadly, whether or not the page had been hacked was debated, and I had posted some angry remarks on this page. Otaku House has since regained control over their page, and submitted numerous sincere apologies to the cosplay community. It was indeed hacked, not a result of wicked admins. I just want to clear that up. There was indeed a massive hack, in which over 2 million passwords were stolen, including ones from Facebook. It is quite likely that this was how it happened, though its also very possible that a a bitter cosplayer disqualified from a recent contest of theirs may have pulled something to get back at them. If anyone has any possible info on the one responsible, please contact the admins of Otaku House. A very large number of their fans were enraged by the hackers actions and they lost quite a few likes and customers over this fiasco. It will take quite a bit to make up for the lost profit and publicity. In order to help them along, please share this post and possibly even visit the Otaku House page ad give them a like. Im sure they would appreciate it. Otaku House was wronged. And I acknowledge my part in that. I, along with many others, jumped to conclusions and condemned them without waiting for the truth. To both you who read my posts and the admins of Otaku House, Im deeply sorry. My best wishes to you all, and I hope for your quick recovery from this loss. ~Admin Mokou`
