My attention has once again being drawn to a malicious photo - TopicsExpress

My attention has once again being drawn to a malicious photo making rounds on Facebook that, I am one of the busted Cocaine ladies currently in custody. In the photo, a collage of some kind making rounds, two pictures of myself where I was in an NPP t-shirt in one of them has been stuck together with the photos of the two ladies. The photo of me in an NPP T-Shirt was deliberately used to drag not only myself but the NPP into the recent embarrassing cocaine scandal. This photo (collage) is on the wall of one Benjamin Essuman an NDC activist, Peter Boamah Otukornor a government communications team member and the deputy national youth coordinator, this same picture is shared on the wall of Edudzi Tamakloe, the newly elected Deputy youth organiser for the NDC in Greater Accra as well as several other NDC activists on social media. I want to bring to the attention of all well meaning friends and family especially those on social media that I am not Sandra Nuhu and I am not Miss Amponsah. In fact, I dont know them from anywhere, we are not in anyway related and I have never met them. I have never travelled to London. This is another attempt by the NDC and government, to drag the names of innocent Ghanaians especially members of the NPP into this cocaine scandal that has hit government. It is this same acts of propaganda and character assassination that the NDC has employed over the years to soil the hard earned reputation of political opponents, statesmen and all those who do not agree with them. I would however like to assure them, that this malicious act will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the laws of this great country of ours. If others will forgive and ignore, I will not and I will make sure I deal with all these people as well as others of their likes. I responded to this on my Facebook wall last night thinking they will pull those posts down, but it seems they are hell bent on dragging innocent folks especially members of the NPP into this mess. As I am writing this, I am at home preparing for exams and I am being traumatized and humiliated over something I know nothing about. This is wicked, it is evil, it is sinister and it is malicious and I have lost total focus because of the trauma I have been subjected to by these acts of irresponsibility and recklessness. Thank you friends and family for bringing this to my attention and I am assuring you once again that I am at home, I havent been arrested and beside the emotional trauma as a result of this vindictive politicking and smear campaign, all is well with me. Signed Yakutatul Farida Member, NPP.
