My baby is not only geTting a blood tranSfusion today but NOW he is undergoing ANOTHER procedure getting back on another assisted breathing machine since breathing on his own the past two days has become too hard on him!! He had a blood transfusion thIs afternoon because his red blood cell count has dropped from them dying and not being able to replicate fast enough. His heart rate has dropped more and faster than usual to 0 because hes getting so tired from breathing on his own so much and its taken longer to bring it back up too.
