My beautiful boy and I have had a great 4 day stretch - he will be free from me til Friday as of 5pm today - mention that to him and I get a HUGE grin :) Been on the phone all morning while hanging with Evan. Hes got his Hallmark mush movies on again and original Looney Tunes cartoons, so hes entertained and happy to have me occupied and out of his face for 10 mins. Lets see....the ear/nose/throat doc who we loved has left the practice and of course Evans got a granulation tissue issue going on with his trach....sigh...I guess he and I will be breaking in a new doc next month. The staff at his new primary care docs office are having to deal with me b/c MeCARE is giving the supplier of all of Evans feeding supplies & replacement Gtubes (feeding tubes) the royal run around - I placed an order over a week ago for Evans supplies and am nearly out of 1 of the items.....gggrr....hes been on this exact same diet, same calories, etc., etc., for how many years now.....gaaaahh...I hate the game playing and jumping through hoops crap. So unnecessary. But, big picture - Evan is a happy boy who is feeling pretty good at the moment, so Ill take it and be very grateful
