My beautiful wife, My Queen, making time to get it done in the gym! Here she is performing Ground Base, Standing Cable Row, with the rope. I had her perform this exercise at two different cable heights, targeting different sections of the back. Ground Base Cable Rows, performed at varying cable heights, either bilateral or unilateral, teaches the athlete to utilize what I refer to as Progressive Contraction by utilizing the total body through postural positioning adjustment, maximizing the force curve and recruitment, and enhancing the appropriate order of contraction in both trunk flexion and extension. 3D!!! All Day!!! Every Day!!!
