My best friends are pretty surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 45 lbs within one month, I never think I can change so much until I compare with the before picture. I am bothered by obesity since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 2nd grade. And I have tried many lose weight projects in the past, but no one worked for me.
