My best friends are pretty surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye is disapper. I have lost 40 lbs within one month, I never think I can change so much until I compare with the before picture. I have struggled with weight since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 4th grade. And I have tried many program before, but no one worked for me.
