My birthday is in exactly 7 days from today and Im pretty excited about it. I dont usually make a public deal of my birthdays but this time I intend to for a great cause. My husband has been asking me for months what I want for my birthday and I couldnt think of anything. But today, I got it. I want all my friends to link hands with me in making a difference in our world. How? For years, Kenechukwu Eneli and I have talked about starting a foundation to empower and uplift youth and women and help turn things around for families in dire straits. We have given generously to assist others - paying to put people through college, buying and donating cars to single mothers, sponsoring youth to various opportunities, but we can do but so much as individuals.
