My birthday today.. so this ones for me; one of the first songs I can remember that I really enjoyed. When I was a kid my dad would play the classic sixites album The Hangmans Beautiful Daughter by the Scottish psychedelic folk band The Incredible Stringband..I was fascinated.. strange & beautiful fairytale like songs with lots of quirky humor.. you can hear how they were an influence on Monty Python too in this one (the Lumberjack Song).. The Beatles and Led Zeppelin were fans too, unique stuff..
