My boss asked if I knew why she hired me...a paralegal with no experience..even though she had many highly qualified candidates. I said no. Her response will stay with me forever. She said because you walked in here with this confidence that I envied... you spoke about your weaknesses as if they were your strengths. And you held your head high, you sold your self as someone who could accomplish anything even if she didnt know how to. You are one of a kind. She said she admired my confidence, my drive and my determination. #I just smiled.
