My boy Buddy...has been chewing on his paws and wiping his face..and his belly is red with bumps..took him to the vet..she said possible food allergies, so I switched his food to blue buffalo salmon and sweet potato, no more milkbones, just carrots and green beans for treats, he is on predisone, zyertec, and anti biotics...I had given him his monthly comfortis...but I even gave him a capstar, just in case..I have bathed him in oatmeal shampoo, and going to do another today...I only use unscented washing detergent..he sleeps for a while and then he starts in again with the chewing...when I see him start that again I wipe him all over with warm water...I am making another appt tomorrow for the vet, but in the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems like this...
